A deposit holds the date. On the day we arrive early enough to be finished and tested before your first guest walks in.

Our crew stays with anything that needs staffing and keeps the queues moving. When the session ends we pack down and leave the space as we found it.

How much space do I need?
Every attraction lists its exact footprint and minimum ceiling height on its own page, so you can check against your venue before you enquire. As a rule of thumb: an arcade cabinet needs about a square metre, a carnival booth about two, and an inflatable needs real outdoor space. If you send us a floor plan we will mark up where things fit.
Do you need a power point?
Most items need one 13A socket within twenty metres. Inflatables need a socket running continuously for the blower, and the food stations that cook on site need two. A handful of items — the ice cream cart, kacang puteh cart, and the giant wooden games — need no power at all, which makes them the safe choice for a field or a car park.
Can these go outdoors?
Each attraction is marked indoor, sheltered, or anywhere. Electronics — cabinets, booths, photobooths — are indoor or under solid shelter only. Inflatables and food carts are fine outdoors under cover. Nothing in the range goes out in open sun or open rain, so a tentage plan matters if you are on grass.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most items and lets us hold the crew. Weekends in November and December, and the whole of the Dinner & Dance season, go early — six weeks is safer. We do take same-week bookings when stock allows, so ask even if you are late.
