Questions, answered
Mostly about space, power, and weather — which is what everyone wants to know and nobody wants to have to ask.
How much space do I need?
Every attraction lists its exact footprint and minimum ceiling height on its own page, so you can check against your venue before you enquire. As a rule of thumb: an arcade cabinet needs about a square metre, a carnival booth about two, and an inflatable needs real outdoor space. If you send us a floor plan we will mark up where things fit.
Do you need a power point?
Most items need one 13A socket within twenty metres. Inflatables need a socket running continuously for the blower, and the food stations that cook on site need two. A handful of items — the ice cream cart, kacang puteh cart, and the giant wooden games — need no power at all, which makes them the safe choice for a field or a car park.
Can these go outdoors?
Each attraction is marked indoor, sheltered, or anywhere. Electronics — cabinets, booths, photobooths — are indoor or under solid shelter only. Inflatables and food carts are fine outdoors under cover. Nothing in the range goes out in open sun or open rain, so a tentage plan matters if you are on grass.
What happens if it rains?
For sheltered setups, nothing — we carry on. For anything genuinely exposed we will call it with you on the morning and either relocate under cover or reschedule at no charge. We would rather move the date than put an inflatable up in a storm.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most items and lets us hold the crew. Weekends in November and December, and the whole of the Dinner & Dance season, go early — six weeks is safer. We do take same-week bookings when stock allows, so ask even if you are late.
Is manpower included?
Yes, wherever an attraction needs it. Every carnival booth, food station, inflatable, and photobooth comes with its attendant in the quoted rate — that is not an add-on. Arcade cabinets and the giant wooden games run unattended once we have set them up.
Do you deliver and set up?
Always. The rate covers delivery, setup, the session itself, and teardown. Tell us the time guests arrive and we will work backwards from it — setup times are listed per attraction so you can see how early we need access.
What do you need from my venue?
A loading bay or a lift we can get a trolley into, and someone who can let us in at the agreed time. Let us know upfront if there is a long push from the carpark, a goods lift with a size limit, or a building that requires us to file paperwork before the day.
Can you brand things with our logo?
Photobooth prints, 360 clips, and booth backdrops can all carry your artwork. We need final files about ten working days ahead. Full custom fabrication — a branded cabinet wrap, a themed booth front — is possible with a longer runway.
How does payment work?
A deposit confirms the date and the balance is due after the event. PayNow and bank transfer both work, and we invoice against a PO if your finance team needs one.
Is there a minimum booking?
No minimum spend, but a single small item on its own rarely justifies the delivery. Most bookings land between three and six attractions, which is also where the packages start to be better value than picking items one by one.
Where do you deliver?
Islandwide, including Sentosa and the offshore islands with notice. There is no delivery surcharge for mainland Singapore.
Still not sure it will fit?
Send us a photo of the space or a floor plan. We will tell you what works and what does not, and it costs you nothing to ask.
