What a rental quote should include

Delivery, setup, manpower, prizes, teardown. If a quote does not mention all five, ask why before you compare it to anyone else's.

Two quotes for the same three attractions can differ by forty percent and both be honest. The difference is almost always what is bundled in and what is billed later.

The five lines to look for

Before comparing any two quotes, check that both account for all of these. If one does not, it is not cheaper — it is incomplete.

  • Delivery and collection, including any surcharge for access
  • Setup and teardown time, and when the crew needs site access
  • Manpower — how many attendants, for how long
  • Consumables — prizes, food portions, print paper
  • What happens if the event overruns

Ask what is not included

It is a fair question and any supplier worth booking will answer it plainly. Ours is on the FAQ page, and if something is genuinely an add-on we will say so before you book rather than after.
